Welcome to Desktop PA. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Desktop PA uses artificial intelligence which can make mistakes. Always verify important information independently. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions involving scheduling, finances, health, legal matters, or professional advice.
About Desktop PA
Desktop PA is a voice-powered AI personal assistant for Mac, iPhone, and web. It helps you manage your calendar, emails, tasks, and reminders through natural conversation. The service connects to your Google or Microsoft accounts to provide personalized assistance.
Your Subscription
Pricing
Desktop PA Pro costs $19.99 per month. Your subscription includes:
- Unlimited calendar and email management
- Up to 100 AI conversations per day
- Up to 5 hours of voice input per month
- Voice responses from your assistant
- Task and reminder management
- Web search, weather, and news lookups
Free Trial
New users receive a 3-day free trial to explore Desktop PA. During the trial, you can use all features with slightly reduced limits (50 AI conversations per day, 1 hour of voice input).
Billing
- Your subscription renews automatically each month
- You'll be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
Usage Limits
Your plan includes generous usage limits for typical daily use. If you need more, you can continue using the service and we'll bill any additional usage at the end of your billing cycle.
Monthly Allowances

Additional Usage (Overage)
If you exceed your monthly limits, you can still use Desktop PA. Any extra usage will be billed at these rates:

You'll see a warning when you reach 80% of your monthly limits. Overage charges are billed at the end of your billing cycle.
AI Disclaimer
Please understand that AI is not perfect. Desktop PA uses advanced artificial intelligence, but like all AI systems, it can:
- Make mistakes or provide incorrect information
- Misunderstand your requests
- Generate responses that seem plausible but are inaccurate
- Experience temporary service disruptions
You are responsible for verifying any important information, especially regarding:
- Meeting times and appointments
- Financial or business decisions
- Medical or health-related matters
- Legal questions
- Professional advice
Desktop PA is a productivity tool, not a replacement for professional advice. We are not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
Connected Services
Desktop PA connects to third-party services on your behalf. When you connect your accounts:
Google Services (Gmail, Calendar)
When you connect your Google account, you authorize Desktop PA to access:
- Gmail: Read, compose, send, and manage emails on your behalf through voice commands
- Google Calendar: View, create, modify, and delete calendar events as you direct
- Profile information: Your name and email to identify your account
Desktop PA's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not store your Google data, sell it, use it for advertising, or use it for AI training. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Microsoft Services (Outlook)
- Outlook Mail: Read, compose, send, and manage emails
- Outlook Calendar: View and manage calendar events
These integrations are governed by both our Terms and the respective providers' terms. You can revoke access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Desktop PA responsibly. Please see our Acceptable Use Policy for details on what's allowed and prohibited.
In brief, you may not:
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Attempt to abuse or circumvent usage limits
- Share your account with others
- Use the service to harass or spam others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or harm the service
Account Termination
By You
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate without refund.
Limitation of Liability
Desktop PA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of AI-generated responses
- Compatibility with all systems
- That the service will meet all your needs
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Desktop PA.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. However, if you experience significant service issues, please contact us and we'll review your case.
