What You Can Do
Desktop PA is designed to help you be more productive. You may use it for:
- Personal productivity: Managing your calendar, emails, tasks, and reminders
- Work assistance: Scheduling meetings, drafting emails, and organizing your workday
- Information lookup: Searching the web, checking weather, and getting news updates
- Voice interaction: Speaking to your assistant naturally to get things done
- Learning and reference: Looking up definitions, getting explanations, and general Q&A
What You Cannot Do
To keep Desktop PA safe and useful for everyone, the following uses are prohibited:
Illegal Activities
- Using the service for any illegal purpose
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations

- Engaging in fraud or deceptive practices
Harmful Behavior
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating others
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- Impersonating others or sending misleading emails
- Spreading hate speech or discriminatory content
- Creating or distributing malware or harmful content
Service Abuse
- Attempting to bypass or circumvent usage limits
- Sharing your account credentials with others
- Creating multiple accounts to avoid limits
- Using automated tools to abuse the service
- Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
- Overloading the system with excessive requests
Inappropriate Content
- Generating explicit, violent, or illegal content
- Using the AI to produce harmful or misleading information
- Attempting to make the AI behave inappropriately
Your Responsibilities
When using Desktop PA, you are responsible for:
- Your connected accounts: Any actions taken through your calendar or email are your responsibility
- Verifying information: Always double-check important details generated by the AI
- Account security: Keep your login credentials secure and don't share them
- Honest usage: Provide accurate information when setting up your account
Enforcement
We take violations seriously. If you violate this policy, we may:
- Issue a warning: For minor or first-time violations
- Temporarily suspend your account: For repeated or moderate violations
- Permanently terminate your account: For serious violations or continued abuse
- Report to authorities: If we believe illegal activity has occurred
In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate without prior warning, and no refund will be provided.
